Students in Mr. Belew’s class worked in small groups using dice to develop unique multiplication problems and then compare work to discover the correct answer.




Students in Mrs. Bloxom's and Mrs. Crow’s STEAM classes competed in a paper airplane contest!

Mrs. Jenkins’s morning and afternoon classes are working hard to strengthen their reading skills with Lexia Power-Up. Keep up the good work!




Ms. Davis' STEAM students participated in "Potato Skydiving" today. We are happy to report that all the potatoes survived!


Mrs. Jenkins’s STEAM class finished their bridges yesterday. The student’s goal was to make a bridge that their car could stay on while also being at least an inch off the ground. The students came up with some interesting designs!

Ms. Davis' STEAM students completed the finishing touches on their projects, and they are ready for the big events this week.


Mrs. King’s class is working hard building parachutes in STEAM! Thanks Cathouse fireworks for the materials!




Mrs. Jenkins’s STEAM class continues to do their Checks and Balances Bridge Activity. Students are working hard to fill out their checks, buy their supplies, and begin building their bridges.






Mrs. Jenkins’ STEAM kids are beginning their bridge activity. Students are learning how to write checks and balance a checkbook. Students will then use this knowledge to write checks and buy materials to make their bridges. Today, students discussed and designed their possible bridges.




Mrs. King’s class identified some properties of matter in a science lab this week!







Students in Ms. Jackson’s class are leveling up in Lexia! We are so proud of their hard work!


Students in Mrs. Bloxom's class participated in an engaging science lab using Skittles!! Students used the Scientific Method to complete the lab and answer questions! “WOAH!!” is what they all said!

Ms. Davis' classes observed and measured properties of matter.
