First graders will be attending the Main Stage Education series production of The Magic School Bus- Lost in the Solar System at the UCA Reynolds Performance Hall on Friday, March 17th. The cost is $5.oo per student.
The event is for students only- it is a sold-out performance. Tickets were only able to be reserved for students. We will be attending the 10:00 performance and returning back to school for a picnic lunch.

The SRO assignment is unique within the law enforcement profession. These officers fill a three-part role, serving as informal mentors or counselors, law educators and law enforcement officers to support the students and communities they serve. They are valuable and essential members of the education community who deserve unwavering respect and support from the public in the pursuit of keeping schools and students safe.

It's National School Counseling Week! School counselors work to maximize student success, promoting access and equity for all students. As vital members of the school leadership team, school counselors create a school culture of success for all.
BEC is very fortunate to have Mrs. Curtis as our school counselor. She works very hard to help students, parents and staff. Thank you, Mrs. Curtis. BEC loves you!
Valentine’s Day Candy Grams
We are offering Candy Grams (heart shaped suckers) for Valentine’s Day! Candy Grams/Suckers cost $1.00 each and will be delivered on February 14th, the day of our February S.T.A.R Day. All of the money raised will go towards our K-1 Celebration Day at the end of the year!
Candy Grams can only be sent to K-1 students and teachers; we cannot deliver to other buildings.
Send to your child or your child can send to their friends, their class or a teacher. Be sure to share this with other friends or family members that might like to send a candy gram to a student in our building.
If you need more cards, just let your child’s teacher know. All of the money raised will go towards our K-1 Celebration Day at the end of the year!
Remember outside deliveries are not permitted, so this is a great way to send something special to your student on Valentine’s Day!
You may send your order form/money anytime from February 1st-February 13th.

Due to the incoming inclement weather, Beebe School District will use an AMI Day tomorrow, January 31, 2023. District operations will be as follows:
*All district buildings and offices will be closed, including Pre-K, Daycare, and *Before and After School Care. Before and After School Care will remain open for normal hours today, 1/30/23, ONLY. They will be closed tomorrow.
*Teachers will post work on Google Classroom as students’ required work for the day. No live Google Meets will be required.
*Teachers will be available via email and phone throughout the school day (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) to answer questions and provide support to students and parents. This includes general education teachers, GT teachers, activity teachers, interventionists, special education teachers, counselors, library media specialists, speech, OT, and PT.
*We realize that many students may not have reliable internet access at home. Any student who is unable to complete their work at home will have 1 day for each day missed after returning to school to submit their work.
