Beebe Elementary School

Today, our Building Cardiac Emergency Response Team conducted a Project ADAM practice drill. This drill simulates the response to a sudden cardiac arrest and allows our team to practice the steps needed to ensure a quick, effective, and coordinated emergency response.
These drills are an important part of maintaining a safe school environment and help us continuously improve our readiness to protect all students, staff, and visitors.

Monday, the Arkansas SkyDome Planetarium came to visit the 3rd grade as they wrapped up their Literacy Space Unit! They brought space and NASA memorabilia for students to get to see and touch. In the inflatable planetarium, students watched a video about NASA and the Artemis Program. Students were also shown the night sky above Beebe, including all the constellations and planets visible from there. #besisthespottobe #bprd

Building collaboration took place this morning at the  elementary school. Fourth grade students from Mrs. White and Ms. Brooks' class teamed up with Ms. Jenny, our fabulous cafeteria manager, to bake Gingerbread baby cookies. Earlier in the week these students read the book Gingerbread Baby by Jan Bret, and today brought it to life. #besisthespottobe #bprd
