The Badger Family Pantry will be giving away food on Wednesday, August 21st from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. This is for any family that has a student in the Beebe School District.

Today Mrs. Stigler's class read "Fruit Salad Friend". We discovered how each one of us are special & make our class family sweet. We discussed how adding one rotten banana can make the whole salad yucky. We decided NOT to put in the rotten banana & promised to not be a rotten banana in our classroom! #BPRD

May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month! We use this time to highlight Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and to raise awareness of hearing and speech disorders. At least 46 million Americans have been diagnosed with a communication. deaf and/or hearing disorder. These professionals help students in the following ways: production of speech sounds, sign language, spoken or written language, stuttering, cognition, social communication, vocal quality, Augmentative and alternative communication, feeding and swallowing, along with a host of other areas! We would like to take the month to highlight the fantastic Speech-Language Pathologists , SLP-Assistants and Deaf/Hearing Impaired Teachers that help serve our students at BEC. Our next spotlight is Deaf/Hearing Impaired Teacher and retiree, Jamie Jenkins! #becwatchusgrow #BPRD
